I agree that payment is exclusively for Experian inquiry removal services. If I request it, I may also receive one complimentary round of disputes for Equifax and TransUnion; however, I acknowledge that removal of inquiries from Equifax or TransUnion is not guaranteed and carries only a 50/50 likelihood of success.
I understand that the 24-business-hour removal timeframe applies only to Experian. This clock begins after all required documents have been received by Expert Credit Fix LLC. Business hours exclude weekends and federal holidays. I agree to supply an up-to-date credit report as part of this process.
Credit Card Authorization
I acknowledge that the initial transaction is an authorization hold only, not an immediate charge. My card will be authorized for the full service amount listed to verify available funds, and the actual charge will only occur after successful removal of Experian inquiries within 24 hours.
If funds are unavailable, the authorization will be declined and my case will not proceed. By submitting this form, placing a checkmark, and signing below, I affirm that I understand and accept these terms, including the temporary hold and subsequent charge.
Equifax & TransUnion Terms
- I am paying solely for Experian inquiry removal.
- A free, one-time round of disputes for Equifax and TransUnion inquiries may be requested at signup if I also provide current Equifax and TransUnion reports.
- Expert Credit Fix LLC does not guarantee inquiry removal from Equifax or TransUnion; results are uncertain and subject to a 50/50 probability.
- The 24-hour removal policy applies exclusively to Experian inquiries.
- Timing begins once all required documentation is submitted. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
- I agree to provide accurate, current credit reports when requested.
Pay After Removal Terms
By checking the box and signing below, I give Expert Credit Fix LLC permission to place a temporary hold on my credit card for the full service amount listed and to process the charge within 24 hours of confirmed removal of Experian inquiries.
If my card is declined during the authorization process, my file will not be opened or processed further.
Additional Terms
Expert Credit Fix LLC reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
