If you enroll in the Expert Credit Fix credit repair program and no questionable negative items are deleted from your credit within 90 days, you will be eligible for a full refund of the initial work fee ($350). This guarantee does not mean we can completely restore credit within that timeframe, but you should see measurable progress.

To request a refund, you must contact your service specialist by phone for identity verification.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility & Active Participation

  • Refund eligibility begins after you have been enrolled for at least 90 days.
  • You must actively participate in the program during this period.
  • If you cancel or fail to make agreed payments within the first 90 days, the guarantee is void.
  • You must maintain an active credit monitoring account throughout the program.

Maintaining Your Credit Profile

  • You must avoid taking on new negative trade lines after enrollment.
  • Timely payment of your existing obligations is required as part of maintaining your account with us.

Identity Verification

  • You must provide valid proof of identity within three (3) business days of starting the program, such as:
    • Government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport)
    • Proof of current address
    • Social Security number

Refund Request Process

  • Requests for refund review must be submitted between days 91 and 120 after your first payment.
  • Refund requests submitted after day 120 are not eligible.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for Expert Credit Fix LLC to audit your account and credit reports before processing a refund.
