Terms of Service
Expert Credit Fix LLC does not charge fees for any work that has not been performed. The services covered under our monthly programs may include preparing dispute rounds for the credit bureaus, preparing dispute rounds for creditors when necessary, reviewing updated credit reports from your credit monitoring account, reviewing documents you submit to us, filing complaints with regulatory agencies on your behalf if appropriate, educating you about the credit score improvement process by email, educating you about the credit restoration process by email, updating your client tracking portal with notes on your progress, and keeping you informed by phone when needed.
We provide credit information and assistance with identifying and disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit reports. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and to clearly explain your options, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing we provide should be taken as legal advice. If you require legal guidance on your particular circumstances, you should consult an attorney.
In return for the services provided, you agree to pay the fees set out in your client agreement or fee schedule. Fees are assessed only after services have been delivered as described. You may cancel your contract for any reason within three business days of signing by providing written notice as explained in your client agreement.
By using our services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and outcomes may vary depending on your individual credit history. You further acknowledge that you are entering into a business relationship with Expert Credit Fix LLC under the terms described here and in your client agreement, and that in the event of any conflict between this statement and your signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will control.
